Beacon collects account details such as your email address, the domains and monitoring settings you add, monitoring results and alerts, optional emails submitted with free checks, referral information, and basic website analytics. Payment details are processed by Stripe and are not stored as full card numbers by Beacon.

We use this information to provide monitoring, send account and alert emails, operate subscriptions, prevent abuse, improve Beacon, measure referrals, and respond to support or legal requests.

Service providers

Beacon may use service providers for hosting, email delivery, analytics, payments, and affiliate attribution. They receive only the information needed to provide their services and operate under their own privacy terms.

Retention and security

Beacon uses HTTPS, restricted administrative access, server-side sessions, and reasonable technical safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Account and monitoring information may be retained while an account is active and for a limited period after cancellation for recovery, compliance, and dispute handling.

Your choices

You may avoid entering an email for the free check. Account holders may update notification settings and may request account cancellation or deletion, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
