Questions agencies ask

The essentials before you place client domains under monitoring.

Does Beacon change client DNS or websites?

No. Beacon reads public signals and monitors configured pages. It does not change DNS, website content, or email-provider settings.

Does the free check guarantee inbox placement?

No. It checks important domain-level authentication and reputation signals. Inbox placement also depends on sender reputation, content, engagement, and sending behavior.

How often does Beacon check?

Uptime and SSL every five minutes, page changes every fifteen minutes, and deliverability and expiry checks daily under the current monitoring schedule.

Can I cancel?

Subscriptions are managed through Stripe. Cancellation stops future renewal; service and retention follow the current Terms of Service.
