A Newsletter Partner Program for Business and Marketing Publishers

Recruit newsletter operators

A newsletter placement has little space and a specific job: help the right reader take one useful action. For Beacon, choose an edition where business-email setup, domain ownership, or website reliability is already part of the discussion.

Choose an editorial trigger

Do not present a domain check as an answer to every email-marketing problem. It does not evaluate the quality of an offer or guarantee that the next campaign will reach inboxes.

Structure the placement

  1. Context: explain why the task matters in this edition.
  2. Action: tell readers to check the domain they actually send from.
  3. Limit: describe the result as a starting diagnostic.
  4. Relationship: place a clear affiliate disclosure with the recommendation.

Use the existing newsletter blurb for copy, then adapt its introduction to the edition. Link business readers to the free check, rather than the partner signup page.

Learn from the response

Keep a placement record with the issue date, topic, destination, and metrics available in your newsletter and affiliate systems. Reader replies can reveal confusion that click counts miss. If people think the checker automatically fixes DNS, clarify the wording before repeating the placement.

Introduce ongoing monitoring only when it follows the reader's need. The distinct value of this placement is a timely editorial prompt, not another repetition of commission terms.

Current Beacon affiliate program terms

If you use this material in a placement, disclose the affiliate relationship clearly to your audience (e.g. "affiliate link — I earn a commission if you subscribe, at no extra cost to you"). See the disclosure examples resource for wording that satisfies FTC guidance. Never conceal compensation or claim results Beacon hasn't substantiated.
