Beacon Partner Program for Small Agencies

Recruit web and marketing agencies

An agency referral works best at a clear handover: the website or email project is complete, and the client needs to know who will notice future domain-health problems. Decide who owns that ongoing responsibility before recommending a monitoring subscription.

Choose a service boundary

The Beacon affiliate relationship is a referral arrangement. Do not sell it as white-label access, reseller licensing, or an automatic extension of your agency support contract.

Add a useful handover step

  1. Run the free domain check and record the date and domain.
  2. Identify which mail services were actually tested and which still need a client-provided sample.
  3. Explain any findings and agree who will fix them.
  4. Discuss monitoring once the client understands the baseline and alert ownership.
  5. Disclose referral compensation in the recommendation or proposal.

Example proposal language

We will document your email and domain-health baseline and identify the owner for each unresolved item. You may choose a monitoring service for future changes. Ongoing investigation and repair are included only where listed in our maintenance scope. We may receive a commission from the service we recommend.

Use the client checklist for the deliverable. Agencies managing many domains can use the separate portfolio workflow to organize responsibility across clients.

Current Beacon affiliate program terms

If you use this material in a placement, disclose the affiliate relationship clearly to your audience (e.g. "affiliate link — I earn a commission if you subscribe, at no extra cost to you"). See the disclosure examples resource for wording that satisfies FTC guidance. Never conceal compensation or claim results Beacon hasn't substantiated.
